[Lpk-execomm] D1 Convention Plan

I'm new to this and looking for clarification.

D1 & D4 approved their plans, does the State ExCom need to approve it as 
well?

Can we give this a green light on promotion (at least through Social 
Media)? Are there additional permissions needed?

The state party will, ideally, be releasing a letter to our members 
about ALL conventions for 2019. Can someone talk to me about the last 
possible date these can be sent? There's work on the back-end, and 
deadlines are best to work with.
