[Lpil-scc] EMAIL BALLOT Motion to respond with resolution

I believe that it's important to mention this bylaws violation so the
resolution is not simply dismissed as LPIL not liking a decision by
national; it is a direct violation of the National party's bylaws and
principles. Therefore, I would like to motion to further amend this
resolution to add the following paragraph before "BE IT RESOLVED":

WHEREAS, inviting Presidential candidates from opposing parties is a
clear violation of Article 2 of the National Libertarian Bylaws. More
specifically, it goes against the following clause. "The Party is
organized to implement and give voice to the principles embodied in the
Statement of Principles by: 1. functioning as a libertarian political
entity separate and distinct from all other political parties or
movements;" having the 2024 Republican Party Presidential nominee speak
at the 2024 Libertarian National Convention not separating the
Libertarian Party from the Republican Party.

Thanks,
Alexa
