We have an electronic mail ballot presented by the Chair per the bylaws 
of LPIL Article V section G.

All VOTES are due in (6) business days (by May 14, 2024 at 12:01 AM 
Central) at which time the ballot will close, unless everyone votes or 
expressly abstains, the ballot can close early.

Motion: Move to elect Jake Collins as a delegate to the 2024 Libertarian 
National Convention (Collins).

THRESHOLD REQUIRED: Majority of votes cast.

An affirmative or 'Aye' vote is to confirm the election of Jake Collins 
as a delegate. A negative or 'No' vote is to oppose the election.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO USE "REPLY ALL" TO CAST YOUR VOTE.

Please notify me or the Chair of any discrepancies.
