[Lpil-scc] Call for meeting of the SCC on 4/11 at 7 PM

As you may know, a vacancy in the office of Chair of the Libertarian 
Party of Illinois now exists with the resignation of Mr. Renwick. 
Pursuant with the bylaws of our party, I am calling for a meeting of the 
State Central Committee of LPIL to be held on April 11 at 7 PM 
electronically via the dialpad application at 
https://meetings.dialpad.com/chairlpil.

The purpose of this meeting will be to elect a new State Chair to fill 
the unexpired term arising from this vacancy. One individual has already 
expressed interest in seeking election. In the unlikely event of a 
contested election I would be inclined to follow the bylaws (Article II 
H. and I.) and conduct a weighted vote based on the 2022 election 
results.
