[Lpil-scc] SCC District 8 election

Members of the SCC,

At the SCC meeting on March 12th, a vote was held for District 8 SCC 
position to be filled. Bill Redpath ran for the position unopposed. The 
vote passed unanimously in favor of electing Bill Redpath to the SCC for 
District 8.

As Acting-Chair I hereby give official notice and certification of Bill 
Redpath's election and appointment to the SCC District 8.
