[Lpil-scc] SCC Meeting 3/12 7:00 PM

As a reminder, the SCC meeting to review the proposed change to the 
bylaws is set for 4/23 at 7 PM. A separate meeting of the SCC with 
regard to the Chair vacancy will also be happening soon; probably before 
the April 23 meeting.
