[Lpil-scc] State Central Committee Meeting Announcement and Call for Agenda Items

Hello everyone,

This is a reminder about our SCC meeting tonight at 7:30. Our only item on
the agenda is to confirm Brett Ryan as our new Secretary.

The BOD will meet next week per usual. This is just SCC. Of course, all are
welcome to attend.
