[Lpil-scc] SCC Call for Agenda Items

This is a call for agenda items for an SCC meeting we will hold Tuesday
August 31st at 7:30 pm. Please let me know if you have any items to add to
the agenda. We have one bylaws change to consider from Member Deffner.
The text of the change is below.

Convention delegates shall be selected pursuant to law and rules adopted by
the Central Committee and spelled out in a Convention Rules Handbook.

1. Convention delegates shall be selected pursuant to law and rules adopted
by the Central Committee and spelled out in a Convention Rules Handbook.
[add] 2. To be eligible, nominees must be current members of the
Libertarian Party of Illinois, current member of the Libertarian National
Party, and residents of Illinois.  Nominees should be confident in their
abilities to attend and serve as delegates at the National Convention on
the date determined by the Libertarian National Committee.
