If I am not too late, a new Motion as follows:

MOTION to appoint Alexa Maffei as IT Division Deputy Director.  

The IT Division DD role has been vacant since Carter Mitchell’s departure in summer 2023.  Alexa would bring both management and practical technical database administrative experience to the role not only in that field but in the overall leadership and operating requirements of the IT Division of the LP of Illinois, which continue to expand as we work with more stakeholders, external vendors and technologies with more administrative roles.
