[LPIL - Board of Directors] Resigning as SCC District 8 rep

All,

I am stepping down from my position as SCC District 8 representative. I 
am limiting my political activities these days mainly to local 
grassroots activism, back to the same types of activities I got started 
with when I joined the LP 31 years ago. I will continue to attend events 
such as conventions and picnics, and am happy to help local chapters 
when I can with their projects and at their events.
