Ken,

Please add LPIL insurance to the list of agenda items under Old 
Business.   Not having insurance to cover outreach is a serious issue 
that's been unresolved for over a year now.   It has been brought up at 
prior BOD meetings, most recently at the last one.  I would like to know 
what progress Jim Humay has made in resolving this issue.
