The link above is a replay of last Thursday's IT Division informational 
call with Vice Chair Paul Darr and also national LP IT Eric Fowler, 
whose perspective from Arizona with CiviCRM is similar to Illinois.  
Much of the discussion was about the Zoho platform and the potential 
costs, opportunities and obstacles we could face moving from LPStates 
(the evolving version of CiviCRM we have today) to Zoho.
