[LPIL - Board of Directors] EMAIL BALLOT Motion

By decision of the Chair a email ballot is being held for the following 
motion, moved by Ken Mattes:

MOTION 2 (Mattes) to endorse a petition in support of ending Civil Asset 
Forfeiture.

RATIONALE: DC Strategists currently has 9 Libertarian Party affiliates 
on board (Idaho, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Nebraska, 
Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee), but the goal is to include all 51 
chapters and the national party. In addition to Idaho, they already have 
support from 4 Congressmembers, Project Veritas, Attorney General Ken 
Paxton, Young Americans for Liberty, and many others. They are looking 
for LP Illinois to join them with the goal of uniting all 51 entities to 
say yes.

Members of the board and Ex-com please reply to all on this email with 
your name and a (yes/no/abstain). Election will remain open until 8:30 
PM Tuesday 12/16, or until all members have voted, whichever comes 
first.
