Apologies due to my own lack of planning I cannot attend tonight’s BoD meeting. 

From an IT Perspective (and I will send a report out by the end of the week) 
Here are some highlights:

1) we will prioritize both the selection and and migration (downloading and uploading) of LP of Illinois document management system from AWS WorkDocs to a new platform.

Since raising this matter in the Spring, we believe the leading cost effective contenders for the LP of Illinois are

> OneDrive (Microsoft)
> Drive (Google Workspace)
> Box/ Boxworks
> Dropbox
> _________Others???

2) Meanwhile Webmaster / Website Director Jarrod Weishaar has continued to manage and improve the wesbsite and candidate page(s) for the 2024 Election cycle. 

3) One phone call from a member concerned about our lack of ballot access

4) No reported email Phising or identity spoofing attempts last month

5) No reported email access or CRM login issues or requests so far since the last meeting.

On another note -
I will be getting the flyers distributed in my precinct after picking up a few hundred from Dan Robin in Schaumburg.
