Subject: Appeal Received

Ms. Harlos has timely filed her appeal of her suspension with the
Judicial Committee.

Therefore, in accordance with Article 6, Section 7 of the Bylaws, the
Judicial Committee shall be setting a date to hear the appeal, to fall
between December 6, 2024, and December 26, 2024.

In accordance with Judicial Committee Rule 4.1, notice is hereby given
that any desired responses are due in writing within seven days, or
November 23, 2024.  The appeal hearing date will be set after that date
in accordance with Judicial Committee Rule 7.1.

Normally, this notice would include attaching the appeal and supporting
material.  However, because of the constraints of the mail client
regarding the size of that supporting material, that cannot be done in
this case.  Therefore, as an alternative, the appeal and supporting
material may be found at
