[LPIL - Board of Directors] Little update to the Petition Drive webpage

Jarrod, thanks for sharing this update to the Board and for the 
transparency.

Makes sense.

Speaking of petitioning, thanks to Metra train delays on the BNSF line 
and a very captive audience and great weather this morning, another 90 
signatures added to our total! Normally I would maybe have half that 
amount in a normal morning commute cycle before work.

Hope others are doing great with their drives,
