[LPIL - Board of Directors] Convention Business Meeting Minutes

Per our FB chat, the next convention is for the 2026 election cycle. It 
could possibly be in the second half of 2025 or as late as early May 
2026.

Annual conventions were in effect ceased when one was not held in 2023.

The committee is still seeking volunteers in addition to those on the 
list. I want to start an informal chat on Discord soon.
