[LPIL - Board of Directors] Fwd: County conventions

The statewide SCC and Executive Committee elections will be held on 
April 17. I was not secretary during the last elections, so I am asking 
for help from those with any experience. I'd like to start putting a 
plan together now.

I messaged John Phillips to see if he was planning to run for State
Central Committee again at the county conventions. He said that he was
not.

As I was about to message you, Facebook decided to go awry.

Hence the email expressing that I intend to run for SCC for the 15th
Congressional District.
