[LPIL - Board of Directors] No Political Division report this month

Jake,

It was discussed briefly on the BoD meeting.  Although i was not 
involved or recall what information was requested on the old form, 
something like that is easily set up on lpillinois.org.

I'll defer to our more tenured bylaw-versed BoD members, but last I knew 
I believe it is always in order to request this capability from the IT 
Division at any time as part of normal operations.

Just share what criteria you want and how/where on the current site you 
want the form linked and we can make it happen.
