I will nominate you and find a second. You will need to write a letter 
to the Chair before the meeting (see below).

•	All nominating members and seconding members are requested be in 
attendance at the business meeting when the call for National Convention 
Delegates is made. Nominees must be present to accept their nomination 
unless he or she has delivered a statement of interest in writing to the 
Chair before the Annual Business Meeting is called to order.
