I guess what I'm trying to figure out here is how is this going to
impact 2024. We're already in the midst of a write-in campaign for Chase
Oliver. If this case has any standing on anything, it would be 2026.
I did read something in the initial motion challenging the law that
changed our petitioning period from 90-91 days, but I don't speak
legalese worth a crap, so I couldn't find anything else of relevance.
I guess any litigation to improve our changes in 2026 is always a help,
since I think it's too late for 2024.
