Great News:

As mentioned in the September board meeting, the Data updates with the 
Aristotle software have been made and so National CRM team has 
"unlocked" political voter registration fields in the CRM for affiliates 
like Illinois.

This means we can modify US Congress, State Senate/ State rep 
information as needed, or update  through a bulk request to National so 
we can eventually target communications and organizing around current 
State and Federal boundaries.

Chair Redpath, Treasurer Clark:

As to the bulk update opportunity David mentioned below, which means 
providing our voter file to our National CIO/CRM team or using a 
different voter database and submitting that, let me know how you would 
like us to proceed.

The voter registration fields have been opened up for you to add or 
change. Please read any help associated with each field. If your state 
provides a voter file to the National LP, or we get voter data from an 
outside provider, this information may be overwritten.
