[LPIL - Board of Directors] Membership Survey - Planning Meeting

Good Evening,

I should preface my message below by saying that if this is already in the
works and I'm just unaware of that, please write this off and ignore it. If
not, then I welcome anyone to join this proposed call.

The motion from a few months ago regarding the membership survey was
brought up on the last couple calls. I am volunteering myself to facilitate
the planning and distribution of the survey, along with evaluating the
results. I would like to set a meeting for either Sunday 4/2 at 8pm or
Tuesday 4/4 at 8pm, whichever date is best for those interested. Ideally,
at least one person from each division can volunteer to join the call,
along with someone from the ExCom, and a few others. The goal of this call
is to determine:

1. The format of the survey
2. How it will be distributed
3. Content and questions (some of which I vaguely recall was part of the
original motion)

Hopefully this call, along with other calls as needed, will be sufficient
to bring a proposal back to the next BOD meeting on 4/18 with an approval
to move forward.

Again, if I've overstepped anything here and moving parts are already in
motion, please disregard this. Given the nature of the task, I am hopeful
at least one person from IT or Communications is available to assist. If we
need to find another date to accommodate, we can do that.
