[LPIL - Board of Directors] Treasurer's report for LP IL Board meeting - Answers to some questions

Thank you for noitifying all of us that you will not be attending the 
meeting. Your feedback as our Treasurer is valuable; you are one of the 
most able and suited individuals in our party whom are capable for 
leadership roles such as ours.
