[LPIL - Board of Directors] Adding candidates for National and LPIL websites

I seem to have misplaced the link that I had through National to add 
candidates to their website, which would run back to our website.

My previous contact for all candidate matters at National, Cara Schulz, 
is no longer there, and I do not know who is currently handling 
candidate recruitment matters on the National end, because I have not 
received anything from them as of yet.

An email that sent to National on February 8 has also gone unanswered.

I would like to get them up on our site soon, especially given that the 
consolidated general election will be upon us quicker than we can imagine.

On another note, I will be following up on all candidate inquiries with 
those who had intent in running in 2023 but did not file and those 
expressing intent for 2024.
