[LPIL - Board of Directors] Proposed Ballot Access Legislation

I will briefly discuss this article on the call this evening.  Please 
read it when you can.  I think this is good ballot access legislation 
for which to lobby in Illinois.

I am also willing to serve as the 8th CD rep on the LPIL BOD.
