Evening everyone-
Some minor edits have been made to the proposed LP of Illinois Policy
manual, specifically the IT Division section (as introduced in the 1st
motion noted below) After consulting with current and past IT Division
members the attached version has the following updates:
-Replaced language referring to "CiviCRM" as CRM and defines the acronym
as Customer Relationship Management system genericaly
-added the sentence towards the end of the IT Division section to read:
"Access to the CRM will only be granted using the following procedure:"
We'd like the board to consider adopting the recommended changes now
shown in the attached revised draft as part of the first motion
mentioned below.
Secondly, a typo is in the initial draft of the second motion, 1st
paragraph:
Can we please correct the motion to read:
"2.1 - Establish a separate LP of Illinois IT Policy and IT Operations
Manual, stored securely with appropriate member and admin access
versions for security purposes. This document replaces Appendix E
adopted in the prevailing 2019 version of the LP of Illinois Policy
Manual."
Thank you,
---
