Hello All,

I am calling for any additional Agenda items for our upcoming monthly 
meeting on Tuesday 2/21 at 7:30 pm. The two items below are already 
added:

1) Motion to adopt revisions to the 2019 version of the Libertarian 
Party of Illinois Policy Manual's IT Division section as noted in the 
DRAFT document sent 2 weeks earlier.

2) Motion to adopt the following two-part policy related to the use of a 
dedicated IT Division Policy and Operations Manual:
2.1 - Establish a separate LP of Illinois IT Policy and IT Operations 
Manual, stored securely in the with limited in access for security 
purposes. This document replaces Appendix E adopted in the prevailing 
2019 version of the LP of Illinois Policy Manual.
2.2 It is further proposed that the adoption of the initial text of, and 
all subsequent changes to, the IT Policy and IT Operations Manual be 
approved by the Executive Committee in Executive Session.
