[LPIL - Board of Directors] Discussion: vote Motion to authorize spending of $1, 800

Where is the mailing list coming from?
Have there been smaller test mailings done in the past to weed out old addresses?

When I mailed LPIL members in the 2020 election, we received like 60 of 130 mailings back to us as bad addresses, no longer living there etc.
