Having reached quorum with unanimous 'Aye' votes and after consulting
with Chairman Redpath, I am pleased to announce that this motion has
PASSED.

Congratulations Mr. Graves! We can begin the onboarding process
immediately. Thank you to all who participated in this debut of
electronic voting.

The results of this ballot are contained in the draft August minutes
available at:

Our next e-ballot will be sent out this week regading the convention
invitations. The exact wording of that motion is:

MOTION: move to authorize spending of $1,800 to print, address and send
postcards advertising the 2024 state convention to all registered voters
who voted in the Libertarian primary in 2022 (Russ Clark).

Once again, thank you all for your timely cooperation.
