To all,

Here is the budget and cash position to date.

In July, we received a court deposit back from our attorney from winning the
court case for LPIL v. Yarborough, Cook County Clerk. As the result of this
court case and Nico Tsatsoulis' 22% of the vote in the County Assessor's
election, the LPIL will have ballot access in Cook County for the next 4
years. As of 8/22/23, signature counts for county elections and ward
committeemen have not been issued yet. Jim Humay and I will be coordinating
efforts on lawsuits should they be necessary to enforce our rights as an
Established Party in Cook County.

Russ Clark

Treasurer

Libertarian Party of Illinois
