[LPIL - Board of Directors] LPIL BoD Meeting 8/23 7:30 PM

This is not an addition to the agenda, but I would like to have a 
discussion about scheduling future Board meetings when we decide the 
next meeting date. I'd like my fellow board members to provide feedback 
regarding their weekday availability.

I think that it is important to follow a set schedule. Some members need 
to know when the meetings will be with more notice than others.

It is also worth noting that our Vice Chair is experienced and 
proficient at filling in if the Chair is absent.
