[LPIL - Board of Directors] SCC Meeting 4/23 7 PM

I'm calling for any agenda items for the SCC meeting 4/23 at 7 PM. The 
one item of old business is the change to the proposed amendment to 
article VI section C. Attached are the minutes from the past two 
meetings which need approval.
