[LPIL - Board of Directors] SCC Meeting agenda and previous minutes

The bylaws amendment is the subject of the special meeting on 4/23. The 
first SCC meeting was before Chase resigned earlier than anticipated. 
With that said, it would be in order to make a motion to amend the 
agenda so that we can at least discuss this; I want to know what Russ 
thinks of the amendment.
