[LPIL - Board of Directors] Membership Survey - Planning Meeting

It seems like this meeting never happened. I want to help with the 
survey but this was overlooked. I recommend that we call for more 
participants during the BOD meeting on 4/18 to stay on the call after 
the meeting ends if that timeframe works for you.
