[LPIL - Board of Directors] Out of Office

All:

                I will be out of office from today through March 27, 2022.
I will not be able to be reached by phone or email.  I will be back and
available on March 28.  I believe the judge in our lawsuit is on vacation
this week as well so there are no expected action items.
