[LPIL - Board of Directors] Fwd: Board Cleanup

Deb, my apologies for the extended absence. I am finally getting through 
all of the back emails as my days are now uninterrupted by my former 
job.

I was under the impression that this had already occurred, and I've seen 
that your emails come from the Director address (it@). I concur with 
your assessment since my time is going to be occupied for the 
foreseeable future with the job search. That and boning on new 
technologies will be more than full-time, but I can still provide backup 
as deputy, which I thought was already the case.
