So here is the Cook County Clerk’s second bite of the apple. Cliff notes version is that since the LP IL did not receive 5% in each subordinate race in Cook County when it was last run, we are not entitled to ballot access in all of those races.
So even when you get it, you don’t get it in Cook County. I will forward our response on Monday.
