[LPIL - Board of Directors] Motion to approve

Unless we find someone else willing to do the job, we’d be foolish not 
to welcome him back. He’s willing and he is capable. The one comment I 
will have for Jake is that he needs to put aside any personal feelings 
he has and work with anyone when in an official capacity. I think he 
knows that or wouldn’t accept the nomination.
