Passing along From David Aiken….for those that want/ need more training 
on CRM .  The sessions I have attended are reasonably small and there is 
always time to get your specific use case questions asked/answered.   
Our own State CRM Trainer Derek Evans (CC) can also assist Illinois CRM 
users.

Apart from the upcoming training there continues to be 2x weekly CRM 
User orientation training at the links below, Thursdays and Saturdays.
