[LPIL - Board of Directors] Missing Meeting Tonight

All, apologies, I've lost track of the time.  My A/C went out this afternoon; been an awful day and I'm dealing with that right now.  I can't make the meeting.  I've sent Chase and Matt a report, but while I won't be there, just wanted to share my thoughts on the resolution.

If I were there, I'd try to reframe the argument as to whether the state party should take a stand.  Just like I argued against the pro-choice resolution (that I personally disagreed with) as being divisive and unnecessary to weigh-in on, I find myself making the same argument for the resolution I do personally agree with. There's no need to divide the party when there's a lot of people with valid arguments on either side.  

Let's worry about it when we have enough people elected that our opinion would mean something.
