Please feel free to refresh yourselves with our BOD Policy Manual (I've 
attached it to this email). I don't expect folks to read this manual 
overnight for tomorrow's meeting but it'll be helpful information to 
learn over time. Please be patient with me tomorrow as I learn how to 
run one of our meetings.
