[LPIL - Board of Directors] August 2021 Treasurer's report

We are looking good going into into convention.  We are slightly behind 
budget due to general donations however, we are ahead of budget for 
convention package purchases.  We are ahead on net income as we are not 
spending funds right now.  I would like to reward directors for not 
spending funds this year by allowing them to accrue unused 2021 funds to 
use in 2022.  That is a discussion for the budget meeting to take place 
after the convention is all over.
