[LPIL - Board of Directors] Executive Director Report - 2021 Illinois State Libertarian Convention

Fellow Libertarians - If you are not a recurring monthly donor to the LP 
Illinois, please visit www.lpillinois.org/donate to set. If you cannot 
donate monthly, please consider a one-time donation.  Also, please 
become a Precinct Committeeperson if you are not already one.

 From April 1 to September 30th, I have personally raised over $8500 
through donations.

July 2021 was the highest aggregate donation total in LPI's history with 
June 2021 being the 9th highest. Convention packages and our generous 
recurring donations helped drive those totals.

I have secured a meeting Rep. Lauren Underwood with Libertarian 
constituents in her district in November. It will be on Zoom. More 
details to follow.

I worked with Les Defner with chapter development in Northwest Cook 
County, Metro-East, and Fulton County. NW Cook is now an affiliated 
chapter. The Metro East and Fulton County have several folks interested 
in leading those chapters.

I am currently a Writing Fellow with the America's Future Writing 
Fellowship Program. I plan to pitch an op-ed about the ballot access 
strugges in Illinois and network with liberty-minded journalists across 
the country.

I ask the BOD to give me another 6 months as ED.

I encourage those who win auction items to secure those items in our 
archive at UIC to protect from damage.
