[Lpganationaldelegates2018] Jen Gray on Josh Smith

I am and always have been a Nick Starwark fan (this will be my 3rd
convention to vote for him).  Herding cats isn't easy and he has done an
excellent job of speaking to the media and keeping the cats somewhat
organized.  He is careful to support his team while not getting involved in
the mistakes of others (ie, he doesn't attack members of the party, he
expects them to clean up their own mess).  Plus he is an attorney and we
desperately need more of them to be effective.

As far as Gray or anyone else throwing a fit.  That happens every
convention cycle and we are supposed to get something out of their
departure.  But in reality all of these people have a core theme.  They
failed to build up a coalition or consensus or lobby.  Then they wonder why
their speeches don't gain traction like it does in the republican or
democratic parties.  But the differences of the LP to Dem/Rep is massive so
you can't use their business model for campaigning or swaying opinion.

Anyway, my 2-cents.
