[Lpganationaldelegates2018] Divest from the War Machine

I'm considering attempting a floor motion to try to get LP National on 
this page:

In case you're unfamiliar, the idea is to use whatever clout we have, 
through voluntary action and capital markets, to slow down the "military 
industrial complex" : to get individuals and especially institutions 
like banks and schools to voluntarily pull their money out of military 
contractors that profit from (and lobby for) unnecessary war.

I gotta say, to me, this seems right up our alley. Why would we not want 
to lend our name to this?

Anyhow, I've never tried to do anything like this. If you have advice 
I'm all ears. Should I do a written resolution? Do I have to specify 
implementation (presumably the actually reaching out would fall on the LNC)?

Or any general thoughts, thanks.
