[Lpganationaldelegates2018] Fwd: Chair nominees

FYI as the LP committee members are used to spin.  They get bombarded with
it daily.

Only committee members can propose spending amendments to nationals
budget.  And to my knowledge we didn't use our regional reps to tap
existing spending or propose new spending at the expense of other
initiatives for national.

Well spent money is something you don't get back (we have a treasury
fubction uniwue to our state).  And spending is easy.


If we raised 20k for candidates and wanted 5k more that would be a easy
sell to the committee members.
