[Lpganationaldelegates2018] Chair nominees

[Ryan Graham]

Some time ago, we were in contact with Wes Benedict, but assistance on
the ground or monetarily was not forthcoming. They did help us figure
out some legal issues around campaign contributions, but we really need
boots on the ground.
