 	* You'll notice a Youth Engagement Committee agenda item. The motion
will be to amend the Policy Manual with the following text. We already
have a Chair who has created a college affiliate and is excited to help
us grow the party.

> 4.1.12 YOUTH ENGAGEMENT COMMITTEE
> 
> The  Youth Engagement Committee is responsible for assisting the LPGa engage with youth across the state. 
> 
> The Youth Engagement Committee is responsible for finding, planning, and executing youth outreach events on behalf of theLPGa and in conjunction with the outreach committee. They also assist local affiliates in the same. 
> 
> The Youth Engagement Committee is responsible for maintaining a social media presence which the LPGa has ownership over. 
> 
> The Youth Engagement Committee is responsible for creating and engaging Libertarian Party youth groups including college organizations. 
> 
> The Youth Engagement Committee will release quarterly reports about the interests of the youth including which topics had the most engagement. 
> 
> 4.1.12.1 GOALS
> 
> The Youth Engagement Committee shall have a goal to acquire a certain number of contacts at youth outreach events in a given year as determined by the Chair of the Executive Committee. 
> 
> The Youth Engagement Committee shall have a goal to sign up a specified number of memberships in a given year as determined by the Chair of the Executive Committee. 
> 
> The Youth Engagement Committee shall have a goal to hold a specified number of calls to action as determined by the Chair of the Executive Committee. 
> 
> The Youth Engagement Committee shall have a goal to establish a specified number of youth affiliates as determined by the Chair of the Executive Committee. 
> 
> The Youth Engagement Committee shall have a goal to reach a specified level of engagement in social media as determined by the Chair of the Executive Committee.
