[LPGa Executive Committee] Monday Meeting Agenda

Dear LPGa Executive Committee, 

We've got a lot of new business to attend to on Monday for our March
business meeting and I wanted to get some materials in front of you
prior to the meeting.

New Business: 

 	* Our very own Danny Dolan has announced and qualified to run for his
county school board. The decision came after our convention so he must
run as an Independent. I'd still like to take a vote to endorse him so
we can treat him like any other Libertarian candidate.
 	* I'd like to amend the policy manual [1] to create two new major
changes:

 	* Amend Section 12.1 to add a new way to qualify for party
support(changes in green). This will cover both Danny Dolan(if endorsed)
a Brian Slowinski who we endorsed at the convention.
 	* Add a section 12.2(renumbering sections as well to make it make
sense, but that doesn't need a vote) that outlines the type of support
we can guarantee to every candidate listed in 12.1.
 	* To make good on the promise to provide a voter file as described
above, we'll need to approve an additional $250 on the brand new budget.
The budget remains balanced without needing to add any additional
revenue.
 	* Finally, I've attached a resolution on cannabis submitted by one of
our members, Rocky Eades. We weren't able to handle at the convention
since we ran out of time. So this serves two-fold, we promised Rocky
we'd take a look at it, but we also promised our partners at Peachtree
NORML that we'd take a look at getting a cannabis resolution passed.
Please review and offer any feedback.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE review all of the above before the meeting on
Monday. It'll be frustrating if we get to any of these items and have
concerns that haven't been brought up before the meeting since we have
so much to get through.
